Ken Caryl Middle School

Ken Caryl Middle School, also known as KCMS, is a learning center that offers a range of educational opportunities to more than 580 students in grades seven and eight. Its curriculum includes math, science, social studies and language arts. The school provides special education programs for students with learning disabilities. Ken Caryl Middle School offers guidance counseling services, as well as administers an accelerated reader program. The school maintains a parent-teacher organization that serves as a resource for students, parents and staff members. It operates chess and movie clubs and offers sports activities, such as football and volleyball. Ken Caryl Middle School provides membership options in the National Junior Honor Society. The school organizes talent shows and conducts gifted and talented education programs. It is a part of Jeffco Public Schools.
