I love this place! Their staff is always fun and friendly and I never had a sandwich that was less than excellent. And they are truly 'freaky fast', which is great when I'm on a tight timeline.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 chips at lunch time on a Saturday...bread was clearly from the day before ROCK HARD. None of our customizations were adhered to...cost $30...will not be returning.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery. Called an hour later. Asking for an update. JJ told me it was on its way. Called back 30 minutes later as the sandwich still hadn't arrived and canceled the order....
