Not Freaky Fast anymore. Ordered at counter. 8 people waiting for sandwiches. Took 10 mins to get a sandwich with 5 people in the sandwich making line

Awesome service with Great food. The place was packed. The Crew was cool hand Luke style. With the long lines. Thanks for the tasty sandwich and all the hard work. JJs in Ken Caryl rocks!!!

I ordered my sandwich at 5:00 pm, and at 6:15 pm called to complain and was hung up on. This is not the first time that this store has been severely late and no explanation or apologies offered....

Avoid this place, unless you love paying $17 for a basic sandwich that comes with a side of terrible customer service and not getting what you ordered to top it off....Jimmy John's has fallen so...
