Update 3 years later - this location still sucks. I waited 20 minutes for this sandwich (nope, that's not an exaggeration ) and literally had to throw it away. See last two pics of my post now...

Leslie helped me out and was very speedy. She was able to start my sandwich while still checking out the lady ahead of me. She was efficient and remembered the four sandwiches I ordered easily....

Restaurant was clean. The staff friendly. Sandwiches were made correctly and tasted good. I love their bread. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing the reviews but we had a good experience.
