Our kitchen, helmed by Culinary Director, Laurent Mechin, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, our on-site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits.
