Same as other reviews... the system is complex and constantly breaks.. we are in a contract and they don't care... it is a daily that we have to deal with them because the system will not work and...

yep, daily problems and they try to blame our equipment, despite the fact that the problems got worse when THEY changed the modem. Also there billing is deceptive even under contract they increase...
