Didn't put our order in, others around us that came in after us were receiving their food. I asked our server where is our food, she said oh they dropped your ticket (I guess that means the chef)....

Found a piece of plastic in my pancake. Absolutely disgusting! No quality control. Corporate made it right and refunded the order but this should have never happened.

This restaurant can be hit or miss on South Colorado Blvd. Staff can be rude or nice depending on who is on duty. Food can be great or poor too as I said. The other problems is a lot of the staff...
