SpecialtiesWe offer one-on-one and small group personal training and performance consulting by appointment only. Our Sunday kitchen sink workouts are awesome as we build a community here. You will be accountable to your team and your coach. We work hard to get you to your goals. Classes take place on Sundays at 10am at Ascent Fitness. Sessions are packed with motivation, fun, and sweat....even giggling at times. You will do things you have never done before and will never experience the same workout twice. Expect to be inspired and pushed, this workout is different and changes weekly.
