History

Provider offered a licensed preschool in this same location for 5 years when her son was little. She has seen Golden change a lot since then. She made the transition to school-age kids this year because she really enjoys caring for that age group and looks forward to activities with the kids and fun field trips.

Golden Explorers, LLC, in Golden, Colorado, is an in-home, licensed daycare. We cater exclusively to children ages 5-12 (no babies or toddlers). We are conveniently located off 6th Ave and Heritage Road near the courthouse. We are currently enrolling for before/after school care (with transportation) for the following schools: Shelton, Mitchell, Kyffin, Welchester, Compass Montessori, Prospect Valley. We are also enrolling now for our Summer Program. Hours: 7:45 a.m. until 5:15 p.m. Extra hours are available for an additional $10 per hour per child.
