Fujiyama - named for Mount Fuji - a "Special Place of Scenic Beauty" and one of Japan's "Three Holy Mountains". It was home to the owner for fifteen years prior to moving to the Springs to open a restaurant by its name. Since 1998, we have won "Best of the Springs Sushi" for fifteen years in a row.
