Waited almost 20 minutes for a milkshake and they didn't start making it until I asked. Really frustrating considering the fact that I just ordered a milkshake and it wasn't busy

My friend got a burger and fries, the food was great and came out quickly. We also asked if the brussel sprouts were any good and they gave us a free sample. So nice!
