The manager was actively reprimanding her employees over something petty while I was standing and waiting for my order. That's so uncomfortable as a customer. I just want my bagel, not an inside...

I went inside to order. They're clearly short-staffed. There were people waiting around for a good long time. It took me almost 30 minutes to get an awful bagel sandwich, to go. What happened to them?

This place didn't even say hello. They let me stand there for 5 min while they were in back taking selfies. This was the most pathetic service attempt I've ever seen. With a staff so bad this...
