Product is good and staff pleasant but man... they are slow! I thought they'd improve with time but apparently not yet. They'll have to make major service time improvements with new store on Santa...

Every time me and my family come it's always a 30-40 minute wait and they're always out of something.

Arrived about 11 am. Waited in line for about 20 mins kinda quick considering. It looks nice it's brand new store. Ordered 3 medium drinks. A pumpkin spice a werewolf and a Carmel pumpkin latte...
