It also provides notification and information on sex offenders and fugitives. The Sheriff s Office operates Patrick J. Sullivan Jr. Detention Facility, which houses more than 1,100 inmates. It is a part of the government of Arapahoe County in Colorado, which maintains coroner, finance and treasurer departments.
