History

After working with many tree companies I noticed that many times the chain of communication between the customer-sales associate-office manaager-foreman-climber could cause confusion and problems. Not wanting to work for a large corporation that focused on profit over quality and seeing customers upset or disappointed with the service they received I started Dogwood Cooperative Tree Service. My aim was to create a business model that provided the customer with a single person that would be with them through the entire process to ensure their utmoat satisfaction, grow healthy trees, and build local relationships with local customers and a locally owned business.
