Mary Peiffer, RN, AGNP-c, is a Nurse Practitioner who works closely with Dr. Dayne Nelson out of the Castle Rock office, practicing general urology. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of patients with BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, hematuria, female pelvic health, incontinence, and genitourinary malignancy.
