The drive-thru & parking situation are both a disaster! If you manage to get in line to order, product quality is hit or miss. We tried to drive through at 5:50pm on a Sunday and they were closed. ?

What a let down! Just got a blizzard in the drive tru and it was melted. Didn't even noticed until I was 2 blocks away because there was a lid on it. Came back and the customer service was horrible
