Cottage 2 Castle Home Inspection Services started in Billings MT in March of 2000 after 18 years I decided to relocate to Colorado and ended up in Fort Collins. I work the front range from Cheyenne WY to Denver. I also still get requests from investors to do inspections in Montana and recently I agreed to inspect a fixer upper mountain cabin in Granby.

Electronic Radon Testing, non-invasive mold testing, CO testing of all fossil fuel burning appliances, Thermal imaging, roof inspections, electrical inspections and work with Appraisers and Lenders on HUD properties.
