I am here to encourage and support you. Counseling takes a lot of courage, but it is so worth it! This process is all about your unique needs and goals. I specialize in Family & Relationship Issues, Anxiety & Depression, Trauma (EMDR), Issues of low Self-esteem, Life Transitions, and Grief Counseling.
