Colorado Retina Associates is a 13 physician, 1 optometrist, sub-specialty eye care practice providing medical and surgical care of vitreo-retinal eye disease. We provide comprehensive treatment for age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular disease, retinal detachments, ocular tumors, uveitis/inflammatory eye disease, inherited retinal degenerations (IRD's) and numerous other vitreoretinal conditions. Our group of retina and sub-specialists have trained at internationally renowned fellowship programs (6 or more years after medical school) and continue to engage in academia, advocacy, volunteering, and education both nationally and abroad. We offer a robust, FDA-approved clinical research program to all of our patients out of our Lakewood location. Clinical trials have become an increasingly important option to provide the latest treatments in the hope of curing blinding diseases. We are proud to be the largest retina practice in the Rocky Mountain region with the ability to collaborate as a team for highly complex cases. We provide five service locations in the Denver Metro area: East Denver Central Park neighborhood, Englewood, Lafayette, Lakewood, and Parker, Colorado. Our modern offices are integrated with ambulatory surgery centers to facilitate immediate care for patients with ocular emergencies. Our two satellite locations extend care to Colorados Summit Count in Frisco, Colorado and Goodland, Kansas.
