Dr. Wilk is also a major in the United States Army National Guard, where he strengthened his oral and maxillofacial surgery skills while on active duty. Committed to excellence, he is affiliated with many esteemed organizations, including the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Academy of Pain Management, and the American Academy of Neurological and Orthopedic Medicine and Surgery. He is also the founding member of the TMJ Study Group of Colorado (DADE).
