This place is really beautiful.You can walk your dog ride your bike and even go on a trail.

I do not understand the low rating for this place, at the time of my visit, the park was clean, there were kids using the baseball field and other people around the lake fishing and walking around...

Reserved a pavilion near the bathroom for a birthday party. Kids loved the playground and open space. I loved the view, the shade and tables provided under the pavilion and having the bathrooms...

Nice in midweek for off leash dogs, especially if they like water, but NO Comparison to Washington Park less than 10 miles away and very much worth the short drive.
