After receiving her Masters, she worked in several Community Health Centers. Carmen's previous achievements in work earned her a place as a Finalist for the Emerging Leader Award for Community Health Centers. Carmen enjoys spending time with her son and her husband. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing and vacationing
