Do not send your prescriptions here. They do not answer questions. You have no idea how much things will cost and they won't answer a new pharmacy when you go to transfer meds to a local...

they are terrible! they don't look at the information you provide and then don't fill your prescription.. they also can't be reached by phone text or internet. I will never go through them again

I was really hoping this company would be better than Alto but that's not been the case. Starting to wonder if I should just go back to traditional pharmacies to stop dealing with tons of issues....

I started using Capsule in February of 2022. I could get my prescriptions delivered same day, usually within a few hours. Also the support staff was easy to contact via text and were very helpful....
