LONG waits for shuttle at airport. 30 minutes, buses are too small. Too few seats. They only hold fewer then 20 people. Spot runs 3 buses for each canopy bus

Extremely long way times every other company manages to pick up their guest beside canopy. I will never park here again!!

Waited over 50 minutes in 20 degree weather with 16 other people. Sent over a dozen texts. Called three times. Got hung up on twice. Worst. Service. Ever.
