Anchor Physical Therapy is devoted to diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system

Our mental health treatment programs help teens and young adults identify and learn to cope with anxiety, depression, and trauma. The intensive outpatient and day treatment programs are led by licensed and qualified clinical teams who are experienced and easy to connect with. Our Center is in a spacious building with private rooms for individual therapy, group therapy, and academic/vocational learning. With many other locations, Sandstone Care offers a full continuum of care for teens and young adults. Our programs include extended residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, detox, after-school recovery, and sober living.
