The Boulder Cork Restaurant has provided quality food and excellent service since 1969. The restaurant is now one of Colorado’s most renowned dining experiences. A large party had dinner there last night. I ordered the porter house with mashed potatoes and broccolini. Rodney Strong Cabernet Sauvignon to pair, and the mud pie for dessert. So good!
