I ate at the restaurant tonight and it was packed!! The food was delicious but mostly I was amazed how only one server and one bartender were able to manage what seemed to be about 40 people....

This is the hotel restaurant in Hyatt regency aurora. It's bright, casual and decent. Service is better than ambiance but usually there's only one lady manning the place. So you gotta be patient....
