Waited a few mos to post this. Have usually used Big O in the past, and went in to have tires rotated a few mos ago. The guy who brought the car back around tried to convince me that the tires...

Asked for an alignment & rotation with a new tire purchased. They told me after the fact they didn't have the proper tools to align it properly. "my guy drove it, it doesn't pull that bad" So...
