This place like most Bank of America locations is functionally useless. Tried to cash a check and as a customer of 20+ years I was told no. Guess I'll be closing this account.

Customer Service is terrible from Bank of America. I spent hours trying to get help on a very important topic and continued to get the run around with absolutely no resolution to my problem.
