Matthew, who is the person in charge at the repair shop was absolutely great as usual. I repaired my laptop with him before and when another (very unlikely) issue occurred with it a few months...

He showed up on time, did great job and was friendly through-out the process. I will be looking for him again when I need to upgrade again.
