One/Both bays have been consistently down over the past few weeks. The fact that Autowash just recently raised their prices by $5 for the base plan makes this even more disappointing.

This used to be a great car wash. It no longer is. Card readers out of service for weeks, hard water, cold water, dirty, overflowing trash cans and all that served up with a price increase.
