Established in 1971, Vie de France Yamazaki Inc. is a national foodservices bakery and cafe. Located in Denver, Colo., the restaurant offers a range of food items, such as European-inspired pastries, croissants, breads and deserts, to name a few. It also provides sweets along with sandwiches, soups, salads, Danish puff pastry, beverages and many more. Additionally, Vie de France Yamazaki Inc. provides catering services for executive breakfasts, luncheons, conferences, office parties, corporate receptions, cocktail events and private parties.

Harlan Bakeries, established in 1991, produces Harlan Bigger Better Bagels and Harlan Giant Gourmet Bagels brands and private-label bagels. It also manufactures bagel chips, health bars, cakes, angel food cake, cookies, frozen raw dough, pies, meringue pies and cream pies. Harlan s products are found in many frozen food sections at grocery stores throughout the Midwest. The company operates four production facilities, including its office in Avon, Ind. Other plants are located in Indianapolis, Denver and Nova Scotia, Canada. The Harlan Bakeries plant in Denver is a bagel production facility.
