Rough set of reviews regarding the store employees...sounds like they need a little more training ... but it's a great brand. I saw they have hair tools now and have a couple OK brands. InStyler...

I waited in line and when a sales rep was available, I walked up. She looked at me and said, "You're going to have to wait." I stepped back in line and she proceeded to stock more shopping bags....

Great in store help! Customer service was outstanding. The two in-store stylist were amazing! Wonderful selection of denim. Love my new outfits!
