History

After graduating Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2005, Allison spent the following years catering high-end private events & acting as a personal chef. Her original business 'She Bakes' was formed in 2010 as a way to share her passion for small-batch baking. Over the next 8 years SheBakes provided the community with delicious, high quality treats. She created a line of premium nutrition products, and began to vend at the local farmers markets . SheBakes protein bars became one of the most sought after products at the Las Vegas farmers markets and developed a large following . In 2018 Allison left her wonderful customers and life in Las Vegas behind, and moved to be with her new husband in Golden, CO. Rebranding her business to 'AliProject', you will now find her line of protein bars under the name 'AliBars'. Allison will be at the local farmers market in Golden, CO. starting June 5th and throughout the summer of 2021! Contact her for direct orders
