2914 Coffee, located in Denver, CO, was founded by Will and Steph, who made the bold decision to purchase the café sight unseen from England in 2021. After relocating with their three children, they dedicated themselves to crafting a selection of quality coffee experiences for their customers.
In late 2024, the couple began roasting their own beans, having acquired skills from First Crack University, blending Colombian, Costa Rican, and Nicaraguan beans in small batches for optimal freshness.
