New Horizons Career Development Center was founded in 2005 and represent pathways for success in areas such as job preparation, re-entry programs, GED and BATC workshops. Our primary funding agency is ConocoPhillips in addition to other supporting organizations. New Horizons is now affiliated with the One Stop Career Centers in San Pablo and Concord.
