White Dragon Martial Arts is one of the largest martial arts organizations in San Diego, Calif. Established in 1985, the organization specializes in teaching traditional kung fu, and tai chi as well as mixed martial arts, kickboxing and self-defense training. It provides one-on-one personal training as well as cardio and endurance workout programs for building strength, agility and self-defense skills. Additionally, the martial arts training center sells hooded windbreakers, key chains, long/short sleeve shirts and other allied items.

This school is such an amazing place! The instructors are super kind, friendly, knowledgeable and make learning all the techniques safe and fun. My son who is 11 has flourished here this last year...

The best school and the best instructors you can train yourself under. Tai Chi has been super helpful for my entire body development. Highly recommend for anyone looking for Martial Arts training.
