Westminster High School

Westminster High School offers academic programs to students in grades nine through 12, and is located in Westminster, Calif. Its freshman career exploration class offers career awareness in four different fields, such as agriculture, business and technology, consumer and family sciences and industrial technology. Its Health Science Careers Academy combines academics with training to prepare students for careers and postsecondary training in health care. Its Math Educational Resources Integrated with Technology and Science program offers advanced, integrated learning experiences to students. Its Regional Occupational program provides practical and hands-on career preparation. It offers sports activities, such as cross country, field hockey, football, tennis, volleyball, water polo, basketball, soccer, wrestling, badminton, softball, track and field. It has various clubs, such as the American Cancer Society, library, nutrition advocate, drama, photo, environmental, Red Cross, French and Spanish and a parent-teacher student association.
