Together, concretely creating a plan with long, lasting results. Bringing ease and strength, breaking unhealthy patterns. Being a mother, I understand and normalize the challenges. I am strength-based, LMFT, Registered Drama Therapist, as well as, an Early Childhood Mental Health speciality. I have 20 plus years experience, I use a multi-modal approach developmental guidance, play, arts, humor and mindfulness for growth, insight and change.
