History
Wellness Soup began as a wellness blog in 2012. Aleesha started the blog because she came from a stressful corporate background and she wanted to help professionals manage stress. With that in mind, she opened her doors for in-person Reiki services in 2014. Numerology classes followed as well as color therapy, relaxing interior design, sacred space planning and a stress management program. To date, Wellness Soup has become a coaching practice that helps people deal with stress and organize their life through personal well-being services and corporate wellness services. Feeling stressed? Come sit with me.
