They sold me a used part (thinking it was new) for twice the price of a new one. Thus, made two round trips (60 miles,1.5 hours,$20 fuel) to return the used questionable part. They never apologized.

For my needs they are a full and complete irrigation supply store. Great for the home garden or large acreage projects. Folks were knowledgeable and friendly.
