I routinely rely on the VTA light rail transportation for commuting. Either I take the Civic Center stop or this one when I'm up for a longer walk. This is probably my least favorite station...
Rail Carts are for the most part on time (within 5-10 min of schedule). They are clean, graffiti free, and fairly safe other than your typical 1st street antics.
