HistoryBethel had small beginnings on E Street in Tulare, California. As Bethel began to grow, the church purchased land on M Street and Cartmill and built a 600 seat auditorium. In recent years, Bethel sold that facility and purchased land just north of Tulare's Outlet Mall along highway 99. Bethel is now awaiting new construction of a large auditorium along with a campus that has care facilities for the seniors of our community.
