Came in last minute and had an amazing experience. We came in not looking to transfer from t mobile but Verizon's deals were too good to pass up. There was a small wait but it was so worth it....

Walked in three reps not one said hello or I'll be with you in a minute. Waited a few minutes didn't think the service would get any better so left. They need to be better with basic customer service.
