Horrible! Promises made and not delivered! Spent way too much time in the store to for only them to not have the inventory and then have to have it shipped to my house. Then quoted 3-5 days...

Quite possible the single worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in there to activate a new device and swap lines. Spent 5 hours there and still couldn't get the issue resolved....
