Operational since 1932, Apex Oil Company is a supplier of petroleum products, such as asphalt, kerosene, diesel, gasoline, fuel and heavy oil and marine bunkers. Its affiliates and subsidiaries, Apex Towing Company, Clark Oil Trading Company, and Petroleum Fuel and Terminal Company, are involved in the storage and distribution of petroleum products. The parent company also works in association with Enjet, which specializes in marketing and blending carbon black feedstock oil and bunker fuels. Apex Oil Company operates various terminals in the Gulf Coast, Midwest and California.
