I'm not saying they drained all the oil out of my transfer case...but immediately following an oil change there was no oil in my transfer case. And it's a very costly repair if not found...

I politely asked not to slam the hood just dropping it is enough to shut. On my 1993 Vw Eurovan. They didn't listen and actually slammed it down super hard??!! broke my headlight glass cover...
