Went to get an oil change had a 20% coupon for the full invoice amount, they only gave $8.00 discount from a $156 charge? I'm an accountant and 20% discount should of been $29 from the subtotal.

Predatory business practices. Came in for a full synthetic oil change. The whole process was quick and convenient. The crew member then suggested I come in for another oil change in 3,000 miles....
