Worst experience I've ever had. The lady working couldn't take my air filter out, she damaged the box, and then they tried to say it came as such. Then they didn't put my skid plate back on...

Terrible service, not motivated to help anyone. So lazy and not knowledgeable. Didn't have oil at an oil express location for my vehicle. Called customer service to complain as well.

Lazy employes, don't appear to want to work. Didn't have the correct oil for a very common vehicle. Couldn't give a coupon, shouldn't go to work if you don't be there. one because they didn't...
